The pharmaceutical market is now passing through a number of significant changes related to the legislative framework of the healthcare system in the country, as well as to practical aspects of implementing the state policy on innovative pharmaceutical industry creation, demographic and social problems resolve. Today some investment activity is coming from the world's leading pharmaceutical companies in Russia which announce creation of local production facilities, significant investments in partners’ projects, initiatives related to research activities, professional education and training development. Significant investments in health and R & D come from the state as well. Priorities and development goals declared by the government require understanding, coordination and interaction among participants both inside and outside the market.
Thus, a dialogue is more than ever essential, allowing to work out the best approaches, to assess ongoing initiatives and programmes.
